So, I was in a situation where I broke up with my girlfriend a week before her birthday, suspecting she was cheating, especially with all the phone secrecy. Despite that, I had already prepared gifts, flowers, and a money bouquet for her birthday. I decided to send them anonymously with a delivery company, but things took an unexpected turn when the delivery company called me and told me the name of who she thought sent them—and it wasn’t my name. It left me feeling f00lish, but she did call to say thank you after a while. Surprisingly, we reconciled afterward.
However, doubts crept in when I discovered late-night texts from another guy on her phone, the same guy she told me before that she had nothing with. Upon investigating, I found out she had sent nudes to not just him but another guy with the same name the delivery company mentioned. This was the same guy she said was just a nobody trying to get her attention on her birthday, and she thought he sent the gifts since we were not on good terms before her birthday. Now, the big question is, can someone like that be forgiven and trusted again?
