Hi, Rantz Fam. Please, I need your view on this because I don’t know what to do. I’m in a serious relationship of over six years. I love my man, and he loves me so much. I really want to settle down, but my man isn’t financially ready yet, although he is trying his best. I also do not want to slow down my personal plans because life and age wait for no one. Right now, I plan on relocating to the UK for my Master’s in Nursing because I have some life goals. Initially, I planned that we would get married, even if it was something very small, and then go together with him as my dependent. But after thorough research, I discovered that the UK no longer allows dependants until you’re done and working. If I go, work, gather money while he does the same in Nigeria, then come back, get married, and go with him, it is also not possible because dependants aren’t allowed anymore.
