I am Still Griefing My Fiancé

Does time really heal all wounds? It has been two years since I lost my fiancé three months before our wedding, and I just can’t move on. I meet new men, but they are not David. I find myself thinking about him every day. I look for him in every guy that comes my way. His death did something to everyone who knew him, especially his mum. I still have her number, and we still communicate. She tells me she sees him sometimes in her dreams. I really wish I could see him too, but I don’t. Gosh, I miss him every day. It feels like there’s a big hole in my heart. The question is, does it get better? I have used work, friends, family, anything to suppress it, but nothing works. I even developed insomnia because of this. David, I miss you every day. Will I ever move on? God, it’s unfair. I was supposed to have my dream wedding, family, and kids, but now it feels like I’m just alive, not living. Why should anyone feel such pain?
