He Asked if I Have Contracted an STI

So there’s this guy I met on my way to work. He approached me because he saw my picture on my friend’s phone, and then we started talking. He told me he liked me after some time, but I felt it was too early, so I told him to take things slowly. We continued our friendship, and then I noticed I was falling for him, which I told him. We were not dating, but we were both into each other. I didn’t agree to date him yet because I’m a few months older than him. Most times when we’re together, we just kiss and cuddle. Then there was a time we had a fight, and we didn’t talk. I was a little at fault though because I joined a dating app, and my excuse was that he had stopped giving me the attention he used to. After we settled the issue, he said we should spend time together, and we did. Then he gave me oral s€x, and after a few days, he started asking me weird questions about whether I was feeling sick. I told him I was fine. Then after about four days, he became sick and developed rashes and sores in his mouth. I became so scared that I had to ask him if he had been with someone else after me. He said no.

Then he started accusing me of having an STI. He said I should get tested. I told him I was clean, but I eventually got tested so it wouldn’t seem like I had no evidence. While I was waiting for my results, anytime I asked him what the doctors said, he would tell me I was asking foolish questions. He even said he was beginning to hate me. He said all sorts of things to me. I did all kinds of tests at two different laboratories, and everything came back negative. I didn’t have any infection. I sent the results to him, and he didn’t say anything. Then I asked him to get tested too, just like I did. Fast forward to a few weeks later, he sent me an apology text asking for my forgiveness, but I still haven’t forgiven him till now. I want to know if I overreacted or if I should just ghost him and let him be.
