Life has been really tough lately. I dropped out of school in JSS2 back in 2015, and I ended up in Cairo working as a housemaid, earning a meagre amount of money. It’s painful to see my friends graduate and serve their country while I’m struggling to make ends meet. The thing is, I strongly believe education is key, and it’s something I’ve always regretted not pursuing. I can write and speak decent English, but not having a degree is holding me back. It pains me to think about how illiterate I feel, and it’s something I want to change. My plan is to return to Nigeria this year and pursue my dream of getting a university education. I’m reaching out to anyone who might have advice on how a JSS2 dropout like me can get into university. Are there any pre-degree or remedial programmes I can enrol in? Please, any tips or guidance would be greatly appreciated. I’m determined to make this dream a reality, and I’m counting on your support. Share your advice, and let’s do this, please.
