Hello, good day. I need your advice. I recently met this Igbo guy who is interested in me, and when we got talking, he told me his level of education, that he stopped school after his secondary school, WAEC. He wanted to further, but situations and financial constraints did not allow him. He is talking about marriage, and I do not know. Although he speaks well and he is not doing badly for himself financially, he has been able to build something good for himself over the years. I am a graduate, and I am currently running my master’s programme. The guy seems like a nice person, but my only issue is his level of education. He said he would go back to school eventually, but currently he is focused on his business and making more money. He is talking about marriage and settling down with me. I do not know if I should overlook his level of education because the truth is I come from a family where education is a big deal, and if I eventually decide to marry him and take him home, my parents will ask me about his level of education, and I do not want to lie to them. I am confused. What should I do? Advise me as your sister.
