Academic Frustration

I’m at the lowest point of my life right now because of my academics. I switched courses after my first year to a higher medical course, and it looks like I made a bad decision. I had to complete the new department’s syllabus and all that. Right now, I’m in my final year, and I’m not graduating with my mates. I cleared all my pending courses during an extra semester, but it’s too late to catch up because of the way my school is. Suddenly, I found out that I failed a course, and I wasn’t aware because the result wasn’t uploaded yet. I’m very frustrated right now. I had already accepted that I wouldn’t be coming back for anything until next year when it’s my turn to graduate. I just need advice. Should I go back for another semester to retake the course, or should I find a way to sort out the course if I can, even though the result has already been uploaded? P.S. I’m on a second class upper (3.7). I’m not an olodo.
