I’m asking for my sister, please. She’s in a relationship with a guy, and she’s coming up with the idea that he isn’t a provider. He got her a gift for Valentine’s though, and has gotten her lunch before when she asked, and then got her something for her business too one time. But she said she had had financial issues, and he didn’t help her with it. Anyways, she told him she wanted to leave the relationship and brought up this part. He went ahead to apologize and mentioned how he’s been struggling all his life and when he would start to get into a relationship, he was with women that never really asked him for anything; all he had to do was celebrate anniversaries, buy gifts, take care of dates.
