Guys, I am fed up. My boyfriend is always complaining that I am not supposed to ask for transportation every time I am coming to see him. Mind you, the transport is not N10k or N20k; it is N5k (N2500 going and N2500 coming back). In his words, “I thought it was a mutual thing.” Guys, am I overthinking, or am I just greedy for wanting to be taken care of in my relationship? I thought men liked to spend on their women; why is my own different? At age 25, I am still struggling with relationships up and down while living in Nigeria. Please, men, do you send your girlfriends transport fare to come and see you every time she is coming to see you, or is there something wrong with me?
