I’m moving into a new apartment, so I’m getting some utensils that I’ll need. I’ve been buying some before my girlfriend started selling utensils. She told me about it, and I said okay. One day, she posted an air fryer on her WhatsApp status, and I messaged her that I would need it. Jokingly, I told her that she should use her money to buy it because she would be the one using it when we got married. She said she couldn’t afford it, which I knew, and I laughed. Then she said she would buy it, but not yet. Her birthday was last week, and I had to give her N100k because I was so busy and sick in bed that I couldn’t take her out. So, I saw her posting the air fryer again, and I told her I needed it.
She said she knew, but she would buy it and insisted. But I said, “No, I need to buy my stuff by myself so I don’t want woman trouble.” I asked her for the amount, and she said N60k for it, adding N5k for the delivery fee, making it N65k. I went to her WhatsApp, which she doesn’t know I cloned, and found out her supplier wanted to sell it to her for N52k + N5k delivery fee. I went to her DM and asked again to negotiate it, but she still insisted on the price. I laughed because I didn’t understand why she couldn’t pay for the delivery yet still added a price for me. It’s not about the money, but it’s a sign of an unfaithful partner. Can I marry this type of lady?
