There are some things guys say that piss me off. It’s making me wonder if I’m the only one who feels this way. I dislike being told: “Let me know if I’m not texting you at a convenient time so I can stop.” Or “If my choice of words is annoying, let me know.” The fact that they’re aware they’re talking to an adult annoys me. Of course, I’ll tell you if you annoy me or if I don’t want to talk. Why do they have to remind me like I’m a kid who can’t speak for myself? Another thing is when they text first and then say, “You’re not responding well.” If you texted first, aren’t you supposed to drive the conversation? I didn’t text because I had nothing to say, but you texted, so why try to play the victim? Talking stages tire me. Imagine having a headache over a conversation that might lead nowhere.
