Should I Take The Bag From My Customer?

A friend bought two bags from me recently and paid N8k for each. She asked that I bring them to her at home since her leg was broken. I took the bags there, and on getting there, she saw them and told me she loved them but didn’t really like the other one, but it’s okay. Her friend, who was there, said the bag was fine too. I asked her for reviews, and she sent a message saying she likes them. About 2 to 3 hours later, she called me to come online, and I did. The next thing she said was that the bag was not fine in her eyes, the quality was bad, and it was Aba-made. She claimed they are not up to the standard of bags she uses, stating that getting a bag in the market is better than the one I gave her. She mentioned the other bags I sold for another friend, saying they are far better than hers.

According to her, her other friends are laughing at her and saying they won’t patronize me again. She said I should sell the bag and give her the money, as she didn’t want to shout. She mentioned she’d get one bag from the market for N16,000 rather than that. I’m very confused because, before getting the bag, she said she loved it so much. Even when I gave it to her, she said it’s exactly what she ordered. Now I’m lost and frustrated, and the things she said really got to me. I feel like giving up. Please, what should I do? Should I just collect the bag and resell it, or should I wait for her to say it in a polite way?
