My girlfriend just broke up with me after a 5-year+ relationship. She said I complain too much about how our relationship goes, and that I should take her as she is. Someone that I sponsored her studentship since 2020, her dad isn’t financially stable enough to sponsor her, but I love her and I can’t marry an illiterate. I paid all her bills, I rented a self-con for her, I paid N165k per year, I gave her an allowance, and bought her everything, she didn’t lack anything; she has DSTV, TV, everything. She had issues in school; she should have been in HND 1 now but can’t till next year, so I was about to open a shop for her so she won’t be jobless. I planned for her future, not knowing I was just kidding myself as I’m stupid and she took me as a f00l.
If I call, she finds an excuse not to chat with me, video call, she will find an excuse, come to me, she will find an excuse, ask me to come to her, she will find an excuse. Yeah, so I see I’m just forcing the relationship. I have had open conversations with her many times to fix it; she apologizes that she will change, but she didn’t change. I complained again, and now she’s telling me I complain too much and blocked me everywhere and called me an ingrate. Someone who didn’t even buy me a boxer short before called me an ingrate, lol. Girls sha. I’m the one who disvirgined her; she just changed this year. I think she found someone better than me. All the best; I wish her nothing but the best.
