Hi, I’m 21 years old and I’m currently dating a 34-year-old man based in Indonesia. We started dating this year when he came back to see his family in Nigeria and he has travelled back to his base in Indonesia. I graduated last year and I’m going for service this year. I’m also learning braiding skills as handwork recently. While he was in Nigeria, he was so caring and intentional with me. He always talked about wanting to settle down. He has a kind heart which was one of the things that attracted me to him. He told me that when he travelled, there would be delay in responding to my messages and it’s not because he is ignoring or doesn’t want to talk to me anymore. Recently, he travelled and he ghosted me. He gave me an explanation saying his job was complicated and he was not always with his phone and he would reach out when he was settled. It was annoying. Now he has started texting me again. I love him so much, but I’m now ignoring him because I don’t need an inconsistent man. What do you suggest I do?
