Hello rant family, I bought a piece of land in 2023 for ₦2.3 million and spent another ₦1 million on documentation and fencing—totaling ₦3.2 million. Right now, I’m kinda broke and struggling with paying my house rent or possibly relocating. Some people have shown interest in the land, but they’re only pricing it at ₦3.9 million. I’m torn—should I sell it at that price, which gives me a profit of just ₦700k, or should I hold onto the land and look for another way to solve my rent issue?
