I am always used to having arguments with my roommates all the time concerning school courses. She is in a nursing department, and I am in a medical lab science department. She always says that medical lab science is a useless course and the pay is less compared to hers in the nursing department. Even pharmacy and public health are more important than medical lab science. Honestly, I don’t disagree that nursing is being valued and paid well abroad, but why will everyone always see my course as not worthwhile? Please, I want to know your opinions on this.
