I just got an apartment (upstairs). Two people live upstairs and three downstairs. I live downstairs. There’s a bungalow at the front, which is for the landlord, but the landlord is not always around—he only comes once in a while. There’s a guy upstairs, and since I moved in, I’ve not seen him. I don’t even know what he looks like. I asked the second person living upstairs, and he said the guy doesn’t talk to anyone. 🤧 That’s none of my business, though. My problem is, I just moved in not up to three weeks, and I’ve started hearing sounds like gba gba gba gba gba (NB: it’s not knacking). It sounds more like jogging or jumping around 12:00 a.m. to 12:25 a.m. I don’t really like it. Do you think I should talk to the landlord so he can talk to him, or what should I do?
