My family have issues. My mom is leaving her marriage with 3 kids. She plans to figure her life. The kids will come live with me. my boyfriend and I plan moving in together and we are making serious plans about it. I also plan to go back to school and have been saving money for it because I don’t want to rely on anybody since my family are all struggling financially. Now I discuss my problems with my boyfriend because I want us to start making plans on how to get bigger space, not because of me actually but for the sake of my siblings that will be with me pending the time my mom picks herself up again. Mind you, I offered to contribute for the relocation, but my boyfriend acts like he’s not interested, always asking me to give him time. My mom is already moving her stuff, and I need to start house hunting. I even put it to him that maybe if he’s not interested I can look for the space myself and pay for it, but he said maybe I plan everything already and just acting along since I think I’m the man of the relationship. I’m so stressed and tired. My mom thinks I’m making moves already. I don’t know what to do.
