When I resumed school, I was staying with my cousin and her friend. I wasn’t supposed to stay long; it was supposed to be for a week because my room wasn’t ready. Not that I don’t have a room, but it wasn’t ready yet. I knew her friend didn’t like me from the first day I entered. I’m sure the hatred started when my cousin told her I was coming. Anyway, one week was up. I needed an extra 3 or 4 days, not up to a week, but the friend used the opportunity to pour out all her anger and started abusing me and shouting. I slept outside that day. My cousin didn’t say anything because she was like, the room belongs to everybody. I couldn’t tell my parents either because it would cause problems for her. After all, her dad doesn’t know that her friend stays with her, and it was her dad who told me about her and told me to stay with her.
I stopped eating their food, I fetched my own water, and I stayed far from there. I didn’t even charge my phone in their room. Anyway, 2 days later, I left and slept on the floor in my own room for about 2 weeks. It’s been 8 months now, and my cousin and the same friend want to stay with me for a while. They didn’t give me a specific time. They said they sold their old lodge and everyone had to pack, so now they are looking for a new place, and they are saying they want to stay with me. I told them to give me a specific time; they said they didn’t know. I said 3 weeks, and I told them if it passes, I will force them out. They called me wicked and selfish. Please, did I do something wrong?
