My husband and I have been married for 1 year now. We dated for 5 years, and we have a 3-year-old daughter. I gave birth before we got married, and there’s something that I have noticed: I think my husband loves me more than our daughter. Let me give you guys some scenarios. There was a day I was sleeping on his thighs while we were watching Netflix in the sitting room. My daughter, out of nowhere, took the remote and threw it at my head. Immediately, I burst out in tears 😂. My husband stood up, took the remote, and whipped her so hard on her ass.
Then he told her to kneel down, saying, “NOBODY HURTS MY WIFE, including you, our daughter.” I felt that was too hard on a 3-year-old, but I didn’t say anything. Another time, he said I should take her to meet my mom for a long-term holiday because he wants to chill with me alone without any “STRESS.” I’m confused. I know he loves her, and my daughter loves him more than me due to the way he plays with her so much and hangs out too. I don’t know if I’m overthinking things right now.
