I am actually confused right now. I’ve been dating my boyfriend for two years now, and we’ve had ups and downs. Recently, I caught him cheating, and he apologized, but that’s not the issue. He then told me his mom said he should not marry me, and I was confused because I’d never met her, and I only spoke to her once. He said she saw a picture of me, and she disapproved without giving reasons. I don’t know what to do anymore. He claims he wants to try and change her mind, but I know he can’t because he’s a lastborn, and she’s a clingy mom – he listens to her, so I don’t think he even has a say anymore. After hearing all that, I concluded in my mind that there is no future for us. But I love him so much, and I’m finding it hard to leave. I did not even believe him at first, but he sent me a video of her saying he should not even dare marry me. I’m confused.
