Hi family, I seriously need your advice because I’m so bothered right now. I met this guy in May 2024 coincidentally on Facebook, although we attended the same church. We started chatting along the line and shared contacts. At that period, my younger sister was having appendix surgery, and he really stood by my family while I was at work. He always went to pick her up and drop them off at home whenever she had checkups. Along the line, he began to ask me out and shared his feelings, how he loved my family.
He’s unemployed but into yahoo jobs since his employer failed him some years back, and he refused to go back into the labor market. I’ve tried countless times to persuade him, but he still doesn’t want to. At some point, it seemed he was lazy, but no, he’s not. He’s so caring and doesn’t joke with my matter, especially when he realizes I need something and refuse to tell him. He gets angry, saying I act like an independent career woman. He paid for our international passports as well as my loans, and now he has exhausted all his savings, which he kept with me in my account, on our visa application. Please, he’s broke now, and I don’t have much also. Yet, he only depends on Yahoo.
