My boyfriend often starts unnecessary conversations with me out of the blue. He frequently asks about my past relationships and what I did with my exes and how emotionally connected we were during the relationship. Like, this man found me single, not like I just came out of a relationship when we met. As much as I don’t know how to reply to his questions,
I try my best to be as honest as I can with him. Then he gets upset and gives me the silent treatment for days, and I end up apologizing profusely to him. The thing is, this situation always affects me mentally; it stresses me out. Sometimes, he even posts subtle threats that imply he could leave me. I really do love him, but I won’t be able to take this for long because I don’t like unnecessary stress. What do you think is his problem? And what should I do?
