My supposed new boyfriend is pissing me off. He was quite busy the other day, so he texted me late, and he’s not even a fast replier. I asked him how his day was, and he didn’t reply until I went to sleep. I woke up the next morning to check if he had replied, and lo and behold, my message was still there unopened because he definitely read it. I sent him this emoji “🙂,” and he told me good morning and said he slept off. Meanwhile, he posted on his story three hours after I sent him the message. The idiot reversed the talk and told me he didn’t reply because I was already sleeping.
How’d he reply when I’m sleeping? I’m like, are you for real? So the best thing was to just ignore the message? I didn’t speak to him for two days. He texted me on the second day and said I’m now able to go hours without talking to him. I told him the least he could have done was apologize. A simple “Babe, I’m sorry I didn’t reply” instead of the st#pid excuses. He’s asking me if he should apologize because he didn’t reply when I was sleeping. Am I wrong for asking for an apology, or am I just doing too much?
