I remember the first time I went out with my boyfriend and his friends. I wasn’t feeling too good. I was literally begging him to come and sit with me. This boy came to my side for like 10 minutes and went back to meet his friends. Throughout that week, I didn’t hear word. He was saying his friends were making fun of him because he was ‘following woman’ and left them. Since that time, it’s by God’s grace I used to see him. We’ll be in the same house; he’ll leave me to go and stay with his friends. The most time we’ve spent together is when we’re asleep on the same bed. He’d be acting so nonchalant and disrespecting me in front of his friends. They’ll be telling him all girls cheat and sharing stup!d stories. Meanwhile, they have long-term babes, and they’ve been the ones cheating.
Because he doesn’t want his friends to yab him, now those friends are married and moved far away to start their life, and he’s still there. I’m breaking up with him. The ones that are not even married yet moved in with their babe. I don’t have friends. I’m not dating any guy with a squad again unless they’re mature, sensible people. I don’t even understand their obsession with the boy. If me and him have issues, he’d go and tell his friends. There’s this particular very foolish one that will even go as far as posting memes on his status about our situation, making fun of me. I’ve never h8ted someone the way I h8te that guy before. Like, you don’t have anything useful to do with your life? These guys are over 30 or late 20s, and my boyfriend is 22.
