I met my girlfriend in December 2022, and everything has been sweet and smooth. On January 1st of this year, I started giving her a monthly allowance of N250k, and I pay other essential bills. I bought her an iPhone 13 Pro Max, a laptop, and rented an apartment for her. Since January, I’ve been paying her every 1st of the month without skipping. I’ve also bought seven expensive human hair wigs for her. Each month, I spend over N400k, sometimes even millions when I buy her gifts. But since July, my girlfriend has been giving me attitude, being rud£ and disrespectful, all because she wants me to increase her allowance, claiming that things have become more expensive.
Aside from the N250k, I also pay for her cream and soap, and whenever she wants to plait her hair, I pay N45k. She plaits her hair every month. Sometimes, I even buy foodstuffs for her. Since I met this girl, I’ve never cheated on her or flirted with anyone else. But since she started demanding an increase in her allowance, I’ve been thinking of breaking up with her or just using her to pass time. I genuinely love this girl with pure intentions. For context, my family is financially loaded; I’m actually the poorest among them. Please, I don’t know what to do. I need good advice.
