I just hope what I fear the most doesn’t happen to me 😞. Since my girlfriend got admission to Unilag, a lot has changed 😔. But let me talk about the party part, because Unilag and hosting parties and events are like 5 & 6, especially night events. I really don’t have a problem with her attending any of the events or parties, because she’s in her 20s and deserves to have fun, but I just fear it won’t turn into something I can’t handle, because I love this girl so much. If anything happens to this relationship, people will use me as a laughing stock—the girls in my school especially, and my neighbors. I’ve never once cheated on this girl, and I always make it clear to any female friend that tries to get close to me.
I let them know their boundaries, even if they show me a lot of green light because of how I gift them and relate with them sometimes. It’s not like I don’t trust my babe, but the distance between us and the fact that she’s now becoming a center of attraction at most events is really scary, not gonna lie. Please, if you ever get to see this, don’t fall my hand because it would hurt me so much. You know you’re the only one I have, and I’ve invested my time, money, and all in this relationship.
