I just got out of a four-year relationship. Recently, I met this guy on IG, and we exchanged contacts. We started talking on WhatsApp. This man is 36 years old, and he said he has a daughter. When I asked about his wife, he told me she had d!ed from cancer, and I felt bad for him. I decided to give him a chance, but at the same time, I was cautious. To cut the story short, I started noticing that whenever we were on video calls, he would just hang up for no reason. Sometimes, he’d text me early in the morning to say he wouldn’t be able to chat because he was going to be busy.
I kept suspecting that something wasn’t right, so I asked him if he had a wife he was hiding. He started saying I had trust issues. I begged him, but I also went to my pastor to pray about it. That’s when my pastor told me he’s married with a child and that he and his wife are in good terms. Thank God we never met in person, not to mention having anything together. Men will stain your white. How can he lie that his wife is dead just to deceive another babe? Omo, I ran!
