My guy said he wants to leave me because he was the one begging me for us to get married or for him to know my parents. He said all the work is for a lady to do, but he was the one pushing it. But the truth is, I want us to take things slow. I have my own life to figure out too. Becoming someone’s wife or being a mother is a whole lot. He is a good guy, I know, but I have past relationship trauma. A guy will start changing once he gets all he wants.
This marriage thing favors men more than women. I am just confused. He started giving me attitude, and we don’t talk like we used to. I actually like this guy. I don’t want him to leave. I actually want to grow with him, but he should just give me a little time. Note: I am at an age to embrace marriage, but I keep wondering, is that the right thing to do for myself?
