I’m 22 years old and a nursing graduate who recently ended a 1-year and some-month relationship because my ex had another relationship with a girl, which he still denies to this day. I begged and cried and tried to talk to him about how he should leave this girl because his talking to her was affecting our relationship. At first, he told me she was his sister, but as time went on, with the way they continued chatting and communicating, the story changed to she was the one thinking they were dating, that he was just going with the flow. I remember how he would block her in my front, then go back to unblocking and chatting with her.
Sometimes he would not talk to her for some time, and she would be crying and begging him, and she knew me, that we were dating. He manipulated me a lot and also gaslighted me, but I just wanted us to work because he was nice to me sometimes, but I couldn’t cope, and I ended things with him recently, and he still couldn’t believe it. He knows where I stay, and even as he wants us to get back, he’s still using manipulation tactics. Omooo, I’m sooo done. I’ve finally realized he’s not worth it. I just pray I find someone who would value my peace of mind as much as I do to him and love me in every way.
