We often think life is perfect for pretty girls, but they face more problems than even average-looking girls. A pretty young lady posted photos she took while on her way to the gym, and so many people were dropping comments like, “We hope you find the customers you’re looking for.” Mind you, the lady was decently dressed and fully covered. Her only crime is that she’s pretty and curvy. If an average-looking girl with no curves had posted these same photos in the same outfit, no one would’ve said she’s looking for clients. Pretty ladies can’t confidently wear what they like because they’re scared of being judged. If a girl with a humble chest unbuttons the first three buttons of her shirt in Douala because of the heat, people won’t think much of it. But if a girl with proud oranges does the same because of the heat, she’ll be tagged as an ashawo who’s trying to market herself. Pretty girls can’t maintain healthy friendships with the opposite gender because sexual demands always come up at some point. Life is not easy for some pretty girls, especially pretty girls who really want to live a decent life and not use their bodies as a source of income. Shoutout to all pretty girls.
