Hello, guys. I’ve had trouble securing a good gig in the tech industry lately. I’m a FullStack Web Developer. I got laid off with my team at a bank some years back. Ever since, I’ve been trying to secure another job. I decided to work outside my field recently and moved to a friend’s place on the island to start the job hunt. I got a call from one of the companies I applied to and went for the interview. The lady interviewer was professional on the phone, and we scheduled a day for the interview. When I arrived, instead of asking professional questions, she asked personal questions and complimented my looks. I thought it was a test until she started texting me after the interview. She is married, as I saw a ring on her finger, but she’s putting me in an uncomfortable position to get the job. My ex also claimed she cheated because she thought I did, giving me excuses like I’m too handsome and look like a playboy. And this is someone who had full access to my phone. Now I’m starting to think being handsome is my problem. All I want is just a good job.
