Rantz family, please, I’m kind of confused about what’s going on in my relationship. I’ve been with my girl for about four months, and everything has been going so well until recently, when I finally talked to her about my ex. Since then, she’s always bringing her into the conversation, and I’ve told her several times not to talk about her—that she’s my past and the past is gone. But no, my girl doesn’t listen. She’s always insecure, and her insecurities are so bad to the extent that she’ll start comparing herself to my ex—like, why are you doing that? The thing that got me the most angry was when she sent a video and captioned it, “I don’t know what your ex looks like, but I’m sure she’s more beautiful than me.”
Please, you guys should help me because her insecurities are getting too much, and I’m tired. All I want to know is: should I just leave her with her problem and move on? Because I can’t be with someone who doesn’t trust anything I tell her. If I tell her anything, she’ll definitely find a way to make it seem like I’m comparing her to my ex. Please, I’m tired—what should I do?
