I’m tired of hearing my neighbor moan every night. They start as early as 8 p.m., and I can’t seem to concentrate on anything else whenever they start. Meanwhile, I’ve been single and not interested in any relationship since I lost my boyfriend. No matter how I try to play music or watch a movie, they still distract me, which is so annoying.
