I started dating a man who just got out of a really bad divorce. He had been chasing me for years before now, but I couldn’t date him because he was still married then. He is very caring and sweet regardless of the situation on the ground, but I’m scared he has another motive for hurting me in the future. I’m from the same state as the ex-wife, and she really did him dirty with the divorce, selling almost all his possessions/cars and disappearing with the money. Please advise me on what to do. I’m just scared I’m a revenge plan or something.
