I am in a 4-year relationship. My guy is cool and kind. The only issue is that he doesn’t share his goals with me. I think he likes to keep too much to himself due to the family he grew up in; he doesn’t like to be vulnerable. Most times, I send him money when I feel he is broke because he would never ask. Now I need to at least introduce a man to my family, even if I am not getting married yet. But I cannot introduce him because he hasn’t gotten his shit together. He hasn’t gone to school, not a job or anything. How do I convince him to do the right thing? I just don’t want to leave him because he is a good person. Other potential guys just want to have sex. I have never cheated on my guy, but at this rate, I will just leave him. I am just scared that I will leave him, and then he will get his life together, and I will lose a good man. I am so confused. What do you guys think?
