I’m a 19-year-old boy, and I’m into yahoo and doing fine. So last year, I met my girlfriend, and we started dating. And ever since then, I started getting broke. To me, I thought it was normal ’cause I do go broke, and within two weeks, I will definitely be okay. But since we started dating, I’ve not been okay. She was the one who asked me out and I told her then that I didn’t want to be in a relationship ’cause I was not financially stable then. She said she doesn’t care that she’s not after my money. To be honest, she’s been supportive, and I love her so much. She tried to break up with me twice because I was still broke. I begged her and we’re together till now. My friend said she’s the one that made me go broke, and she’s cheating. I know her ex-bf, he wasn’t doing okay when they were dating, and he started doing fine now that they are not together. I do check her phone, and I don’t see anything strange like she’s cheating. One day she was chatting with her ex-bf, not the one I mentioned earlier, but another one.
So the boy was telling her he went to a place, and they told him she was the one behind his brokeness. And that he had to carry sacrifice before he was financially stable. Fast forward to this year, I met a client, and anytime he gave me money, it was either the money was on hold, or I got reaped, or I got 20% out of the money, or nothing dropped. So my mom was telling me one day that my girl was the one that made me broke ’cause I was the one taking care of myself before, now I beg my siblings for money. I don’t even have 50 Naira in my account. I was using an iPhone 13 before. Now I’m using an iPhone 7plus. I lost everything already. My Mom asked our pastor, and he said we’re not compatible, and that I should let her go. But I really love this girl so much ’cause she’s also supportive, and she understands me. Please, I need your advice. How do I break up with her, and do you think it’s just a coincidence?
