I recently broke up with my girlfriend. She’s so lovely and caring, but she likes going out with friends and coming back home late. Whenever she does this, we always have issues—not like I don’t trust her, but going out and coming back at 1 a.m. is something I really despise. Recently, we had a talk about it, and I told her I wouldn’t accept her going out and coming back late; at least get home before 11. Then she told me she would go out whenever she feels like it. If I don’t want her that way, we can go our separate ways. So, I got angry and told her I couldn’t be with someone I can’t talk to. I really do miss her. I don’t know what to do. I need genuine advice please.
