Does anyone have experience with snoring? I’m so ashamed of myself. I bought the anti-snoring clip, still not working for me. I’m looking for tips on how to manage it and get a good night’s sleep or any home remedy on how to stop. I can’t sleep at a friend’s place or sleep outside. Please help a sister (24 years). Has anyone dealt with snoring? What worked for you? Will be in the comments section, please.
