After being heartbroken last year, I decided to stay lowkey and do my business. I met one guy on Instagram three months after leaving my six-year relationship because of my cheating ex. Me and this guy dated for like two months but it didn’t work out because I didn’t give him attention like that. I later told him that I didn’t think I was ready for a relationship now. Since then, I have been single. I’ve actually been getting a lot of toasters, both on Instagram and physically whenever I go out. I met this loving guy on Instagram last month. We are both in Akure and we’ve been vibing a lot, I really like him. We met last week Saturday and this lovely guy turns out to be my friend’s ex. 😭😭 I’ve seen his pictures before but he hadn’t seen me before until we met. Omo, I was speechless. I’ve actually seen his picture on his profile but he has changed a lot that I didn’t even realize he was my friend’s ex until we met. He noticed that my mood changed when we hung out and he asked, but I lied that I had cramps.
I don’t know what to do again because I’ve fallen in love. This friend I’m talking about, we are very close. Should I tell him or should I just tell my friend that I’ve fallen in love with her ex and stop seeing him or… Woh, I don’t know what to do like this. I’ve been thinking about this because I love this guy. Mind you, he hasn’t spent money on me before you guys start thinking maybe it’s because of money. But I just like this guy and we’ve been talking for like two months now. He has confessed his feelings but I said we should still stay friends because I don’t want to show my feelings too fast. Actually, I was planning to tell him that I’d accepted his proposal when we met but I couldn’t say anything when I saw that he was my friend’s ex. You people should advise me, please. 😭😭
