I have a 21-year-old sister who just got a vaginal infection, and it’s pretty bad. The thing is that I found out she is sexually active, and I don’t know how to advise her moving forward because the infection is not an STI, but it’s associated with sexual activity. I suspect her boyfriend, and I am very shocked because she is too young for sex; I wasn’t sexually active until I was 23. I want to advise her, but I don’t know how to say it because I need her to leave that boy. Our mom isn’t very present, and our dad is late, so the responsibility is on me.
