I am 20 and in my finals. I have never been in a relationship or had sex before. I met this guy in Benin, and he is 25 years old because that’s where I school. I have visited him twice, but we have not had sex. He has a very big house, and he cooks and cleans, even when I come, which is why I visited. It’s much better than my hostel corner. He said he wanted to date me, but I said I was a virgin, and he would have to wait 10 months. He is saying 6 months, but he looks like he will agree sha because I feel he likes me a lot. He has spent some money on me, visited me too, and he respects women. He says that women are life and bring life. He doesn’t want his wife to bring anything to the table but herself and care for his home.
He likes me because of my feminine energy, and I make him happy. I told my male friend about him just to hear from a guy’s perspective, and he said I would be a side chick, that he has everything, but I am just a student doing online business. He added that I shouldn’t take him seriously and be prepared for heartbreak. He told me stories of guys who are doing well and have small side chicks in school. Now, I am scared of dating him and eventually sleeping with him. My friend said that he would hurt me, and I’m just a young girl.
