I recently moved out of my parents’ house last year September. I lived alone and one particular day, this good-looking neighbor (guy) ran after me when I was at the stairs and said, “Hi, do you live here?” and I said, “Hello, yes, I just moved in.” He was like, “Oh nice, I’m Paul by the way. I stay downstairs,” and I said, “Ok, nice to meet you.” I told him my name and I left. I think the mistake I made was giving him my number on the second day. So we started texting and all. A week passed, everything was cool, we became close. Then I think he asked me to come over to his place for us to spend New Year’s Eve at his place (mistake 2). I went. After a long talk, he started holding my hand in an intimate way. I left his apartment that night. Weeks passed and I would go to his apartment to talk since I don’t have anyone I live with, plus his friend comes around sometimes. I told him what I do for a living. He referred one of his female friends to me, which made me start feeling like the friendship between us was beneficial. Fast forward to early January, I was on my way downstairs and he parked his car and called my name.
I said hi, we talked and somehow kissed (I am a virgin, by the way). I asked him for money one time and he said he didn’t have it at the moment, blah blah blah, so I distanced myself from him and he noticed it. But he still referred someone to me again (business). I reached out to him to say thank you and he said that’s not the way to say thank you, that I should get ready and let’s go for a drink. So we met up and he said he wanted to talk to me about something in his apartment. One thing led to another—we kinda had s€x. He didn’t penetrate though because I was hard. I told him I was a virgin and all, so he just had intense foreplay. I don’t know what to do now because this guy didn’t define things with me and I don’t want to go with the flow, but at the same time I want to decenter him. But he refers his friends to me. I remember him saying he is in a relationship—that was after we kinda had sex. I think I have lost my worth, but it’s better than sleeping with him continuously.
