I have always wanted to experience a special Valentine’s Day, where I can gift my partner and receive mine too. So, last year I was in a relationship I took seriously. I was so happy to get him gifts for Val. I am very good at gifting, though, and I love gifting my partner, except if the energy is not tallying with mine. I had already planned everything I was going to give this guy. I made plans with my friends too because I wanted to decorate one hotel room for him with his gifts arranged. I planned everything with joy, just for this guy to start giving me an attitude that escalated to him not talking to me.
I texted this guy every day, he constantly posted but didn’t reply. I couldn’t get access to him again (smh). I tried my best, I was more than double-texting him every day, lol. Long story short, I used my money to surprise myself after crying. Later found out he celebrated it well with a party, and baba came after two weeks to tell me how sorry he was. He was trying to be manipulative by saying, ‘Karma caught up with me.’ You LIAR! Now I don’t even expect anything from any dude, and neither do I plan before the D day. If I get on that day, I’ll get yours afterward. Period!
