I’m so confused right now. I am 27, and there’s this guy I met online who has been of great help in my life. He’s based in Germany, and we have never met, but we love each other. Now, I met another guy two years ago, and he said he’s ready to get married to me this December. He wants us to apply for Canada next year, but the issue is that his net worth is presently N400k, and we all know how this economy is—N400k can’t do much. I have so many questions popping up in my head: He is currently earning N100k as a salary, what if Canada doesn’t work out? He can’t do half of what my Germany guy has done for me.
Will this affect us later? Sometimes he says he doesn’t have enough money to call me or wishes he could afford something, which is annoying sometimes. He’s everything I want, but financially, he’s not capable. Should I break up with him and focus on my Germany guy? I truly love this guy, and his family is also accommodating. I’m just confused. He has N400k, and I have N250k. It’s not enough, really, and I don’t want to risk my future. He’s so bent on this Canada thing but doesn’t have a Plan B. What if Canada fails????? I’m just confused, abeg.
