I’m in a new relationship with an old friend of mine. I’m a lady of 21 years of age from a wealthy home. I got into this new relationship, and I’m getting obsessed already. When he was trying to woo me, if I talked about wanting to get anything, he was ready to pay immediately. Sometimes I declined, sometimes I accepted, which made me feel good because I’m not used to men paying for my stuff. It went on and on. This was when I wasn’t giving him attention. I started giving him that attention because we got closer, and he stopped offering to pay for anything. If I talked about getting anything, he says okay.
Mind you, I wasn’t depending on him,I was just used to him wanting to pay for everything. He just stopped, which made me kind of concerned, but I overlooked it. I started gifting him too because I love to do that for people I love. I accepted to be his girlfriend, and it’s still the same vibe, though he’s loving, but he likes to be on his phone all the time. He never asked for dates as he used to when he wanted my attention. Now I’m confused. What should I do about these? He got a lot of things for his ex, went out with her a lot. Why is it different with me? He was more playful with her and all that because I saw videos. I don’t know what to do.
