Some ladies are green snakes under green grass. We were three friends, and one of us hadn’t been in a relationship before. One day, I introduced a male friend to one of my friends, and they started dating. I stopped being friends with the guy. My friend would tell us, the remaining two, about how things were going between them. This particular friend always wanted attention from everyone, while the other friend was quiet, and I was just there. The attention-seeking friend fell out with me and became close with the calm one.
Suddenly, the calm friend called me and said she’d heard something that I supposedly said about the attention-seeker. I called the friend who reported me to ask what happened, and she said she’d heard I had said something about her. I asked her why she didn’t ask me directly, and she said she assumed I would deny it. Later, she came to my hostel to confront me but later found out it wasn’t me; it was our other friend who spread the rumor. She apologized, and the calm friend and I agreed to cut ties with her.
I thought that was it, but suddenly, the calm friend started taking photos with her, keeping streaks, even dating her ex, and began giving me attitude. When I asked her about it, she said nothing, so I blocked her everywhere. If they want to gossip behind my back, I won’t stand for it. The attention-seeker texted me, asking why I blocked her and saying she didn’t expect it. She even asked me to unblock her and apologize. I would never have anything to do with them.
