Honestly, if anyone had ever told me that I would love this boy this much, I wouldn’t believe it. This man has been professing his love for me since we were still in secondary school. I am done with schooling now and work in a forex company (Corper). During those times in secondary school, this man would constantly ask me out, even coming to my mom’s shop to keep me company. I’d constantly turn him down because I didn’t like him due to his choice of friends back then, as they were all fuck boys and he was always acting restless. Even when he traveled out of the country and when I gained admission to the university, he still didn’t stop, but it wasn’t constant professing anymore—now once in a blue moon. I kept turning him down. Fast forward to this year, after my convocation, I was feeling kinda lonely. I just needed a partner to share my day-to-day activities with. I wanted something serious because I was very much single then.
I decided to calm down and give him a listening ear. Not gonna lie, that has been the best decision of my life. The man I knew when we were kids has now grown and matured to be a very gentle, calm, loving guy. In no time, I told him yes, and ever since then, I have been experiencing what it means to love someone. He treats me well, takes good care of me, and is always concerned about my well-being. He’s loyal to me. In one word, I found everything I wanted in a man in him. So, guys, I’m just here to tell you that I found my soulmate already. 😍PS: Every relationship has its own flaws, and yes, we do argue. That’s part of being in love and being in a relationship, but today I’m only choosing to tell you guys the sweet part of my relationship and how this man has made me love him so much. Plus, I’m not a saint. I had boyfriends during my uni days. Don’t think I’m some kind of saint or angel.
