I am so devastated. I signed out of uni almost two months ago, and I’ve been trying to finish up my project. I have spent a lot of money on making the corrections my project supervisor asked me to make and on printing. Whenever I went to see him, he would go through my work, make his corrections, and tell me to add some things. I did it all. Now, my defense is coming up next week. I went to see him this week to ask for guidance because the most recent correction he told me to make was really difficult to do. This man changed all the proxies for my independent variable, and changing those proxies will affect the entire work.
I have begged and begged this man, and he knows our defense is on Monday. He said I should better try to finish before then. I have been so down since then, not knowing where to start from. All my money spent on printing—wasted. And this is only two weeks after he told us to bring money for him 🙂. Why are lecturers so ev!|? What are they gaining from being like this? He’s been working with my conceptual framework for months, being the one who approved it for me. And now I’m supposed to find a way to start all over and finish in five days?
