I am dating this Nigerian guy who is in the UK, though he is still in school and does some side hustles and jobs. We started dating about a month ago, and everything was sweet, loving, and affectionate. The issue now is that we barely talk, and he barely calls me. He claims he loves me but doesn’t want me to get too addicted to him. He borrows money from me all the time—like three times in this one month—and has never sent me money on his own. In fact, I haven’t received anything from him at all.
He spends time on livestreams with his other friends, both male and female, and claims that one reason he doesn’t want to spend too much time with me is to reduce our arguments. Yesterday, he borrowed money from me, just said thank you, and for the next 24-32 hours, I didn’t hear from him—not even a good morning or a call.
